The aim of this guide is to get Chatwoot and Wootbot setup and start enable conversations with your customers today. We want to automate your interaction with customers but without loosing the human touch that you provide and that is your brand.

Fist and Last Name
Email - We will create an admin Chatwoot account with this email. Youn will be able to add more people at a later stage.
Website - This is the website we will be using to scrape and load the knowledge into Wootbot. This could be a webshop or ecommerce site, blog, or any website.
After you register you will receive an email where we ask you to set up your password. This helps us both verify your email address and setup everything on our end for you to start handling your users conversations.
We will manually verify your website, to prevent abuse, and immediately begin the scraping process for it. You will receive a confirmation email once it is done.
We have created an inbox for you already. We will be connecting this first inbox to your WootBot agent bot.
Now let's add this Website Inbox to your site.
To add the inbox to your site, and start handling users conversations, you need to add the inbox to your site. The easiest way is to copy the <script> code and paste it on your website.
To find this code, please got to the Configuration of the Inbox.
On the left hand menu bar, navigate to Settings
Go to the Inboxes
You will find here your first Website Inbox, select the Setting button for it.
(optional) You could will be able to customize your Website Inbox.
Go yo the Configuration tab and you will see the code (<script>) that you need to add to your website.
While you scraping process happens, you can already start using .
